Refund policy

Returns:

Our policy lasts 15 days. Which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange after this time.

 To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns or exchange for any item not in its original condition, is if it damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds:

We do not make any refunds. We do only accept return for an exchange 

Sale items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs and in case you want to make a change you have to pay the shipping that will be done with the product you changed.
